Case studies
These case studies have been prepared by two journalists, Barbara Baker and Charlie Pye-Smith, as pointers to good retailer practice within the thematic areas of Race to the Top. The case studies were selected through proposals from project partners and retailers, and inevitably can neither encompass the totality of retailer excellence in these areas nor give absolutely equal attention to each retailer. The portfolio of case studies will be continually developed as the project progresses.
